• ■A college-student visa is available for every course above
• ■Any student wishing to study for a period of less than that described above will not be admitted
• ■Each course must be closed at the fulfillment of course capacity. We can not accept any application form after the fulfillment of course capacity
• ■If you are a non-resident applicant, you will be requested to apply for the Certificate of Eligibility, issued by the Osaka Immigration Office.
  We will undertake this application on your behalf, when all required documents are received. In some cases, it takes several weeks to prepare. Earlier submissions would be greatly appreciated.
• ■For those who already have a visa (spouse of Japanese national, dependent, working holiday etc) may be accepted for admission after the above date, except in the case of course capacity being full.

• ■Japanese Course,Comprehensive Japanese Course (April/October enrollments)
  An applicant should be a high school graduate (12-year education), or have the equivalent credentials of a high school education. Applicants must be over 18 years old by the time of enrollment.
• ■Postgraduate Japanese (April enrollment)
  An applicant should be a high school graduate (12-year education), or have the equivalent credentials for a high school education. Applicants must be over 18 years old by the time of enrollment. The postgraduate Japanese course is for students who have already finished a Japanese language program for one year in Japan or those who are admitted by the admission office of Kansai College.

The non-refundable application fee is 20,000yen. It must be paid when you apply.

• ■The tuition fee, social fee and activity fee are not refundable by any reason
• ■If those school expenses are not paid by the due date without notification to the school, your continued attendance may not be possible

All the expenses must be paid to the following account by bank-transfer. Your notification before school fees are sent will be appreciated. You must pay for any charges incurred through the above procedure.
